We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the Sleep E-Coaching™ program. We offer a 30-day refund period for purchases of the base (Do-It-Yourself) Sleep E-Coaching™ programs. Refunds do not apply to packages with Phone or On-Call support. In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the program and that the program still did not work for you. Please note, if you select the multiple payment option (if available) we are not able to stop payments without a refund request being submitted.

With respect to any purchase, you must request your money back within 30 days of the purchase. You may request your money back by emailing goodmorning@littlezsleep.com. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase. You must also demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program without success. To meet this requirement, you must submit the work outlined below (based on the program you are requesting a refund for):

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items (which are outlined inside the program):

  • Reviewed and completed (by marking “complete”) each of the 5 Sleep E-Coaching™ First Steps

  • Submit a completed sleep log for 2-weeks of training clearly showing program implementation for 2-weeks

  • Completed and received the Daily E-mail messages

  • Provide the start and end date for the 2-week training

  • Tell us why Sleep E-Coaching™ was not a good fit for your family. What did you expect that you did not get once you were inside the program? 

Baby Sleep E-Coaching™ Ages 6-16 Months

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items (which are outlined inside the program):

  • Reviewed and completed (by marking “complete”) each of the 5 Sleep E-Coaching™ First Steps

  • Submit a completed sleep log for 2-weeks of training clearly showing program implementation for 2-weeks

  • Completed and received the Daily E-mail messages

  • Provide the start and end date for the 2-week training

  • Tell us why Sleep E-Coaching™ was not a good fit for your family. What did you expect that you did not get once you were inside the program? 

Toddler Sleep E-Coaching™ with Crib

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items (which are outlined inside the program):

  • Reviewed and completed (by marking “complete”) each of the 5 Sleep E-Coaching™ First Steps

  • Submit a completed sleep log for 3-weeks of training clearly showing program implementation for 3-weeks

  • Completed and received the Daily E-mail messages

  • Provide the start and end date for the 3-week training and verify you trained your child in a crib

  • Tell us why Sleep E-Coaching™ was not a good fit for your family. What did you expect that you did not get once you were inside the program? 

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
