No, sleep training is a structured 2 or 3 week program that teaches your child to sleep independently. This guide is a supplemental resource for families who find themselves with an early riser even after sleep training! We hope this is a valuable addition to your sleep library for all ages! Yes and no! If your child is struggling with MORE than just early morning wakes, you will need to start with my Baby, Toddler or Preschool Sleep Training Courses. We need to holistically focus on ALL aspects of your child's sleep. If your child is ONLY struggling with early morning wakings, this program is for you!
WHAT AGES DOES THIS APPLY TO?
